DROPSHIPPING
As we are a remote micro-business, and travel around the world, we use multiple drop shipping suppliers, various handling companies, and might sent our shipments from different locations. Therefore, you might experience that your order will be delivered in several packages. We do our best to keep you informed  in advance.
Even the best suppliers occasionally make mistakes. If something isn't how it is supposed to be – don't ever hesitate to contact us. We'll do anything in our power to make sure you are happy.

PLEASE NOTE
All orders within the EU will include 25% VAT (Danish tax).
Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which LULU—LAND cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded.

ORDER STATUS
You can always reach out for a status on your order at hi@lululand.io. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please, include your order # as a reference. The tracking # for your shipment will be included in the confirmation email once the order has shipped.

RETURNS
LULU—LAND gladly accepts returns 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all product tags. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) – all other expenses are covered by you.

If you wish to return your entire order or an item, the process looks like this:
  1. You write an email to hi@lululand.io with your return request. Please, include the order # as a reference.
  2. We will immediately request an RMA #(Return Merchandise Authorization) from our supplier and provide you with the necessary directions for return. Please, write the RMA # next to the address on the package.
  3. As soon as our supplier has confirmed that they have received your package, we will refund the full price of the returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the purchase, deducted any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the item caused by you. You may try the item in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above, we consider the item used, and you will lose your right to return partially or completely.
Please, note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping, so we recommend that you keep the postage receipt, with tracking #, as proof that the package was sent.
